Part-Time/Full-Time Nanny Needed For 3yo

Hi! I am looking for a caregiver for my 3yo son. He is energetic, adventurous, clingy, incredibly smart and is very sweet and polite. He can be a bit fussy at times but he is really good when he is entertained. I am looking for someone who is patient and knowledgeable when it comes to caring for toddlers at his age. He is still in the process of learning rules and behavior as he is between households with his mother and I. The most important thing to me is his safety and that he is cared for by someone I can trust and count on for the long term. He will grow on you as there is no one else like this little guy! For a more permanent position, I am also currently offering housing if needed. There is a mother in-law suite above the garage that is private from the house that can be negotiated in our agreement if needed.
