Babysitter Needed For 7 Month In Saint Petersburg For Two Date Nights

We are looking for a great babysitter for Madeline (7 months old) in Saint Petersburg. We would prefer a babysitter who does not smoke, who is CPR certified and who has college degree. She goes to bed at 7:30 p.m. and has a consistent routine. I would be there for the first hour or so before leaving. Her grandparents live next door and would provably come say hi while her dad and I are out.
