We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Miami. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a babysitter who is responsible and reliable, someone who can create a safe environment for my child and knows what to do in case of an emergency. A person who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who has experience. Id like someone who speaks Spanish, someone who does not smoke, someone fun and caring , respectful and kind. And very important, someone who loves to play with a toddler! I like someone who can create a safe environment but understanding that the child leads the play and time, and not an authoritarian system. Someone who understands rules and limits but does not force or denies just because. Someone who can even teach her things or simply love to play!
