We have opted to keep our two girls home for the summer rather than doing camps this year. Both girls will be starting school in the fall so we only need someone for the summer. Mom will be working outside of the home for the hours posted, though Dad currently works from home in an office upstairs. Our girls are 4 (5 in early June) and 2 (3 at end of July). They are both toilet trained, though the little one is not quite independent going on her own yet (we're working on it). They've adjusted really well to a daily schedule that includes academic time (2-3 worksheets for the older girl and basic ABCs/123s and speech sounds for the younger), creative time, and outdoor time. Our little still naps around 2 hours in the afternoon while big sister does some quiet time. They're sweet, silly kids who enjoy interacting with new people!
