Nanny/Assistant Needed In Fort Lauderdale (25-30 Hours Per Week)

We're a busy family in Coral Ridge with 4 kids (ages 9, 9, 14, 17) seeking a reliable part-time nanny/assistant to start in the new year. Responsibilities include school pickups, driving to activities, light meal prep, kids' laundry, grocery shopping, scheduling, and caring for our 2 friendly dogs. Ideal schedule is Mon-Thurs (6-8 hrs/day) for a total of about 30 hours, with some flexibility if we need help on weekends. Nearby candidates preferred for last-minute needs. Would appreciate someone who could be available for short overnight stays (1-3 days) for parent trips, and house/dog sitting for longer trips. We're looking for someone organized, proactive, dependable, and who enjoys keeping kids on track. It is important that the person we hire feels confident to take initiative. Pay range is $28-32 depending on experience. Thank you!
