Seeking Part-time Nanny For Infant In DC

We are a professional couple seeking part-time care for our baby boy beginning in late January or early February 2026, when he will be 5 months old. We are able to offer some scheduling flexibility and would ideally maintain a bit of week-to-week flexibility as well. We are looking for approximately 22-30 hours per week and are open to different scheduling structures (eg, few full days such as 8:00-5:30, or shorter daily hours like 8:00 am-1:00 pm). Key responsibilities would include: * Providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care focused on interaction, communication, and reading * Taking our baby on daily walks and to the park and library when the weather allows * Helping us establish and maintain an age-appropriate daily routine If this sounds like a position you might be interested in, I'd love to talk more.
