We are hoping to hire a full time nanny. I am having the baby this month and once I return to work from my maternity leave I would like to hire a nanny for a few months. I would like to start out with someone for a month building a rapport and then moving forward creating a plan/contract for the future If we still wish to keep a nanny and are satisfied with our child's care. I would like a nanny that would be able to come to our home and or I transport the baby to their home and pick them up once I get off of work. I would need them to care for the baby for about 9 hours a day. I will be providing food and breast milk/formula. I am happy to negotiate bi weekly and monthly fees. We live in a private apartment with only one other occupant whom is the landlord and there is free parking on the street that is always available. Our ideal caregiver: My ideal caregiver has went to school to obtain education regarding Childhood Development and Infant Care. They are able to complete light house work keeping things neat tidy and organized. They are familiar with different dishes to cook for the Household. They like to cook with fresh and natural ingredients. My ideal caregiver has reliable transportation. I would rather work with someone who can care for infants at their home as well. My ideal caregiver will check in with the parents letting us know how our angel day is going, what she ate and what activities she completed for her overall development. These activities should be both educational and fun. My ideal candidate is familiar with how to care for a sick baby. They keep the baby on a schedule and respect our home and privacy. Additional needs include light housekeeping, meal prep, having a reliable car and a non-smoker. Looking for a caregiver for my infant daughter.
