About the job
We’re looking for a kind, reliable Saturday sitter (8 AM–5 PM, Fairfield) to join our family and care for our two wonderful kids. Our 5-year-old is bright, energetic, and creative—he thrives with gentle structure, patience, and support around emotional regulation. Our baby is sweet, curious, and loves music, books, and playtime. We value kindness, open communication, and empathy. We’re hoping for someone calm under pressure, dependable, and experienced with neurodivergent or sensory-sensitive children. Help with routines, meals, naps, and light cleanup is appreciated. Reliability is essential—please be on time. Experience in early childhood, behavioral support, or special education is a plus. Spanish-speaking caregivers are welcome!
