My girls are typically very well behaved but like anyone they have grumpy days. If they are not listening for one reason or another we have them sit until they calm down and then we talk about why they had to sit. Forgive me but with my oldest she was treated horrible at a daycare so I will be letting you know exactly what is expected. Pay seems minimal now as my externship is not a paid position it's considered part of my college course. Once I am finally working in the field pay will increase. I would love to find someone that will stay with them long term that they are comfortable with. . Our ideal caregiver: I need someone that is easy to get along with and is early when arriving to care for my girls. I will be on an externship 33 hours a week but will not always need a full 33 hours of care depending on my husbands work schedule which rotates. My oldest daughter goes to preschool so transportation is a necessity. . Additional needs include light housekeeping, being comfortable with pets, having a reliable car, a non-smoker. My schedule may vary.
