Babysitting For A 5 Month Old Baby Girl

Hi, We are a PhD student and a postdoc, and I am a Korean and my husband is a Dutch. We have a 5months old baby girl. We would like a babysitter to talk to my baby a lot during play as they can absorb a lot of languages, and proactive on playing with baby - know when to change the toy, play differently, change postures of the baby, and etc. When baby takes a nap, we would appreciate some house chores like vacuuming, washing baby toys and teethers, laundries. She doesn't seem to sleep a lot in the afternoon so its most likely playing with the baby during the visit. We also have a cat, in case you have allergies. Thank you so much! Thanks, Sujung
