Our son was born with a lower lip palsy and torticollis that is mild but does need redirection throughout the day. Mostly this is just positioning and helping him stretch out certain muscles in his neck. Our ideal caregiver: Our ideal caregiver has experience with newborns. Our son will be 12 weeks old when we need additional help. Both my husband and I work 12 hours. My parents can try to be around to help but they are elderly and are not 100% reliable. They do like to help here and there though. Therefore, this candidate would have to allow them to help from time to time... possibly pick up or drop off to them if needed. We also have 2 cats. They would need one feeding per day, nothing else. Additional needs include pick up / drop off, having a reliable car, being comfortable with pets and a non-smoker. Looking for a caregiver for my infant son. My schedule may vary.
