Daytime Nanny To Newborn Twins

We are looking for someone who will be a full time nanny to our twins. They will be 3 months old in January, so that person will help with newborn care and gentle sleep training. During naps, we preferably want that person to do some light housekeeping or meal prep but this isn't a requirement. We can totally discuss this. We want someone who is caring and gentle when taking care of our twins. Someone who is patient, flexible, and works with us. Someone who will give advice but also is understanding of our own preferences. We ideally want someone who is experienced with newborn twins or at least has experience with newborns and multiples. We are hoping to stay with our nanny long term. Starting March, our schedules will change which is why we don't have that in our job posting.
