We are looking for a great nanny for our 2 young children in San Marcos. Our daughter is almost 14 months and our son is a little over 3 years old and potty trained. We would like a structured and similar environment that daycare provides: structured activities, playtime, outdoor time, cooked meals, and nap time for our daughter... Our son has outgrown naps. I work from home and in office with a hybrid schedule, so we would like someone trustworthy to leave at home with the children, and take to appointments as needed. This will likely be a long term nanny, so please no temporary job applicants. We need someone who can keep up with 2 fast moving kids, who can prepare meals using our pantry, who can transport them to appts as needed, can manage tantrums and bad behavior, and who does not smoke.
