Location: San Jose, CA Start: End of this month Schedule: 2-3 nights/week or daytime help (flexible) We're expecting our baby at the end of the month (Nov 2025) and are looking for an experienced newborn caregiver (night nanny, NCS, postpartum doula, or similar). We need help with newborn care and lactation support during the early weeks. Responsibilities: - Overnight newborn care or daytime support - Feeding, diapering, soothing - Lactation/breastfeeding support - Light baby-related tasks (bottles, pump parts, laundry) Requirements: - Strong newborn experience - CPR/First Aid preferred - Non-smoker - Reliable and nurturing Please include: - Your experience with newborns - Nights or days availability - Your hourly rate - Any relevant certifications Looking forward to connecting!
