I need someone to watch my son Tues and Wed 5:15pm-8pm, Fri 7pm-12 a.m. (midnight), Sat 4pm-8 p.m. and Sundays 11:30pm-4 p.m. I need a nanny with a reliable car and whose focus is helping my 4-year-old son with his communication and social skills while engaging in constructive play and activities (which I can provide in our home). I will be at home in the other room studying/working. The nanny should prepare my son's meals, wash his dishes and tidy up the kitchen/dining/play area afterwards accordingly, and get him ready of his nap or bedtime (brushing teeth, changing clothes, etc.). For the first month, pay is $21/hour, and after 1 month you would be approved for a subsidy, and I can give $25/hour.
