Nanny - Flexible 10+hr/week

Hi! Looking for help two days a week + some date nights here and there. We have a 4-year-old and a 10-month-old (boys). We're really hoping to find someone who can provide 10 hours a week (2 5-hour blocks of time) of help and care for the kids and maybe a little laundry. Care would mostly be for the 10-month-old as our 4-year-old is in school during the week. I want someone who could get familiar with the kids and be available long term with our family. I'm a stay-at home mom so I am looking for someone who can work with me and enjoy the kids! Schedule would be flexible - I'm happy to discuss something that is mutually beneficial. We are a social family so we'd love to have someone who could accommodate some occasional bonus weekend/evening time as well. Organization skills are a plus!
