Care during labor of expected child and shorter (about 4hr?) sessions to get to know child. Potty & water reminders Food-wise not picky, but doesn't like to sit still to eat. Snacks whenever needed. All about helping. Typical day (slowly shifting earlier) 10 a.m. wake up. Screen time & breakfast for 1st hour. Flexible activities until 2 p.m. lunch (usually play doh, painting, helping with general tidying/chores). After lunch, active play (park), nap if needed (until 5pm). Usually is family time (movie, games, family cooking) until dinner, around 8 p.m. Free play for 45min. Sometimes does yoga with Mom. Last chance for food. Pjs, brush teeth, 2-4 books, lights out, generally stay in room until asleep (around 20min), giving more distance if trying to stay awake.
