2. 5-year-old toddler girl and a 6-month-old baby boy. They are both incredibly sweet, easy, smart kids. Seeking a warm, intelligent, patient, and assertive nanny who can actively challenge and support their cognitive, emotional, physical, and social growth. We're looking for a nanny who will help our kids learn to ask good questions and to embrace challenges rather than solve problems for them. We want someone who is confident and assertive, comfortable holding firm, loving boundaries. In our home, we want our kids to know that the adults are in charge, but that we value their opinions and they have choices. We also hope our nanny will feel good about helping us maintain a clean home and make healthy food when the kids are asleep, and will involve them in these activities whenever possible. Our daughter loves to help out around the house!
