Help With My Two Littles

I'm looking for a great nanny for 2 children. Some light tidying up would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities. Please be comfortable with pets. Seeking someone to handle preparing/warming up meals for the boys as needed. Will need help with transportation to and from my son's preschool two days a week (through end of May) and to their upcoming swim classes (for 6 weeks only). We are looking for help within the hours of 7:30 a.m. -6 pm; however, my schedule varies so the start and end times vary as well as the days. I have the schedule known about 1 week prior. Currently, we need approximately 15-20 hours of help but that may increase into the summer as my work load increases. This position is ideal for someone with flexibility in their schedule.
