Backup Nanny For Occasional Care And Travel Coverage

Hi! I am looking for an additional nanny to support my 6-year-old daughter in Richmond. I currently work with a longtime nanny whom we love, but Im looking to add someone who can help when extra coverage is needed especially during times when I travel. Weekly hours may vary, but I typically need occasional care in the afternoons or evenings. The most important need is availability during my travel periods, which happen periodically and may last 2-4 weeks at a time. Travel coverage may include overnights. Flexibility is important for this role. This position could become ongoing and long-term for the right fit. A car is required; I can provide a car seat. Non-smokers only, please. Id like to meet first so my daughter can be introduced and we can make sure it feels like a good fit.
