My name is Anne and my wife and I need a live-in nanny for our son. He is going to be almost 5 months old when we will require a nanny. Compensation would be based on a daily rate rather than hourly. We would like an experienced person who understands child care well (such as sleep safety, tummy/play time, infant CPR, etc) and can tend to some light housekeeping (laundry, vacuuming, trash). When we are both home, nanny usually gets most of the day off, we primarily prioritize overnight care. Most weekends we are both home. When we are working, it does require overnight and full day on until one of us returns home from work (this would occur 3-4 times a week). We have a cat and a dog who are very friendly, we are also friendly.
