Help Needed For My Baby In Redding.

I work full-time from home and am going back to work 12/19 after my maternity leave. My partner has time off for the holidays so our need starts in the new year. Our daughter was born 9/25/25 at 33w so she will be just over 3 months at the new year but corrected age is 2 months from due date. She is progressing normally and formula fed. I work as a research educator, including teaching approximately 12+ hrs each week. These are live remote sessions and that is when I most need help so I can teach uninterrupted. I can keep my teaching schedule somewhat consistent but not exactly the same every week. I am also flexible and open to afternoon vs morning or different weekday help than MWF depending on sitter availability. Sitter should be comfortable with, but wont be responsible for, a friendly dogs as we have a sweet Australian shepherd.
