Full-Time Nanny Needed for Our 8-Month-Old (N. Oxnard) We're looking for a nurturing, dependable nanny. Our little gal hasn't spent much time away from mom yet, so we'd like a gentle transition during November and December, spending time together as a family before mom returns to work full-time in January. Start and end times open to negotiation. Mom has a week off every 8 weeks, so that week would be part-time with reduced hours. About Our Home • We lean toward a Montessori-inspired parenting style -- fostering independence and curiosity through play and exploration. • We have two large German Shepherds (one home, one goes to work). • Dad works from home. • We're renovating our backyard to create outdoor play areas. • Light household help (like sweeping up dog hair once or twice a day) is appreciated.
