Seeking Nanny For 9mo Old

Hello, We are living in a house with 4 adults (grandparents, mom and dad), a toddler (2yr9mo), an infant (9mo) a dog and a cat. 3 of us work full time from home. Grandma watches our toddler full time. We need help with the baby. Currently my wife watches the baby in the morning, and I watch him in the afternoon. Now that grandparents have been vaccinated, we are looking to have someone watch the baby full time during the week. Mom and Dad are not vaccinated. We are hoping to find someone who is vaccinated or who is being extremely cautious, limiting potential COVID exposure. Nanny must have experience caring for a baby and can keep the baby on schedule, fed, and entertained. We are hoping to find someone full time in a long term commitment. May occasionally be asked to care for both children, when grandma is unavailable.
