Childcare Needed For 3 Children(10,8 & 1)

Looking for childcare for our 3 children, mainly the baby. The older girls are fairly easy and helpful. We need someone who is comfortable multitasking by caring for our 1 yr old and helping the girls with an after school snack or minimal homework help on occasion. We'd love someone who is able to have a good relationship with all of our children. Light housekeeping is always appreciated, and someone who has reliable transportation for some school pick ups and pick up/drop offs to/from sports. We are an easy going family, we just want someone that'll be with us more long term, someone who feels like family. If you exceed our expectations, wage is always negotiable.
