Responsive and willing to be available within 24 hours is a must. Employment would be with my respite service for Up to 25 hours a week. I need a reliable individual who is very considerate in our home and not late, and can be outgoing in social situations to help my child engage in social opportunities, while maintaining my child's safety and cleanliness. Willing to be a supporting partner to me when I am parenting my child. I am not expecting someone to be closed off from their personal life, but it is super considerate to keep the focus on my child when they are with him, and not on their phones, or inviting someone where they may be with my child unless they are willing to keep the focus on my child and I have met them. Having a background with an education in child development helps. Thank you.
