Professional Full Time Nanny Needed For Toddler, Partner In Early Learning

We are a thoughtful, loving family looking for a full-time nanny to care for our 18-month-old child. The child will be home until PreK, so we are seeking someone with deep experience and a passion for early childhood development to join us long-term. HARD requirements: - Early childhood education coursework - Driving ability with clean track record - Ok with being paid through payroll (not cash) We value gentle, respectful caregiving, play-based learning, and a home filled with conversation, books, outdoor time, and curiosity. Both parents WFH and are actively involved so candidate must be comfortable with that dynamic. 80% of this role will be childcare responsibilities, and 20% of this role will be household/family assistant type duties. Someone must comfortably flex between both in order to support the specific needs of our family.
