We're looking for a caring, experienced nanny in Silver Lake for our infant (0-1 year). Candidates should have 5+ years of childcare experience, especially with infants, and Montessori experience is a plus. The ideal nanny is familiar with developmental milestones, comfortable with pets, and open to occasional evening or weekend hours. You should also be comfortable with security cameras in the home, able to follow parent routines and philosophies, and be a clear communicator who is respectful of boundaries, privacy, and household rules.
