About the job
I work nights and need support with my kids, 9-11 most nights and closer to 4-7 hrs on Wednesdays. They are 11 and 12, pretty self reliant, sweet and caring, and are used to their regular evening schedule, so there isn't a lot of work involved other than reminders at bedtime.
