Hi, We are looking for a nanny for a newborn in La Mesa. We work from home and need someone that can help out during working hours. Spanish speaking preferred but not a requirement. Also, light housekeeping and meal prep is not necessary but would be great too. You must love dogs too, we have one friendly small one. Thank you so much for your time.
