Hi! I’m a first-time mom to a 3-month-old baby and I’ll be returning to work on 2/9/26. My husband and I both work in hotels, so our schedules vary — we usually start between 6–9 a.m. and finish between 4–6 p.m. Because of that, we’re looking for someone flexible who also has experience caring for infants. I’m feeling a little anxious about leaving my baby for the first time, so finding someone gentle, reliable, and patient is really important to us. Thank you!
