Seeking Occasional Babysitter For Severely Autistic, Sometimes Violent Teenage Daughter

I am seeking someone who can be comfortable with the unexpected as my teenager has very erratic behavior. She is totally non-verbal and can be violent. I do not anticipate needing assistance for more than a few hours. Her 10-year-old and 15-year-old siblings will be home, will not need assistance and can assist with answering questions. She needs full care - meal preparation, less clean ups at times and full wiping as she is in pull-ups and has major bowel troubles. Some days are very chill, some days very challenging. She does best with someone who is very patient.
