Position Type: W-2 payroll; background check Seeking LONG-TERM, reliable, caring, & physically strong caregiver to support my teen son, who has both physical & developmental challenges. This is a long-term opportunity. Adults, over 22yo preferred. Not an easy position, but very rewarding. Must: Over 23 yo live within 15-20 min. of Sheldon/EG Patient, tolerant, calm, has initiative & fast learner Physically strong, able to assist w/ lifting & mobility (he's 5'9+, 130lbs) Non-smoker/drugs Job Inc: Toileting, dressing, feeding, & physical support Motivating & playing Lt. household: (tidying) Easy-going personality who can pivot when things don't go as planned.
