Long-Term, Experienced Infant Nanny Needed (Dana Point, 32-36 Hrs/week)

Our baby boy will be approximately 3 months when the position begins in January (earlier start welcome). We live in Dana Point with a friendly mini Aussie dog and are looking for a warm, experienced nanny to become part of our family's routine. Schedule: Mon-Thurs 7am-3 p.m. + two Fri or Sat evening shifts per month (5-9 p.m. or 6-10pm). 32 guaranteed hours, up to 36/week. We would love someone interested in working with us for the next 1-2 years. Mom teaches at university and dad works from home. We require a nanny who can keep the baby comfortable, happy, and quiet during busy work periods. We value kindness, consistency, and someone who genuinely enjoys infant care. Duties: bottle-feeding + tracking feeds, managing naps, developmental play, diaper changes, and light baby-related housekeeping. Pay: $25-28/hr, dependent on experience.
