We're a warm, professional family in South Carlsbad looking for a loving, experienced nanny to care for our sweet 6-month-old baby as I return to work. This is a 30-hour/week opportunity for someone nurturing, reliable, and comfortable with infant care. Position Details: Start Date: January 2026 (Paid trial week available Dec 10-16) Schedule: o M/ F: 8:30 a.m. 3:00 p.m. o T/Th: 8:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m. o Some Wednesdays may be needed o Occasional flexibility appreciated due to work schedule changes Care Setting: In-home care preferred; open to nanny share or in-home daycare for the right fit Requirements: o CPR cert o Non-smoker o Valid drivers license & reliable transportation o At least 2 references Duties o Feeding, naps, diaper changes, playtime, and developmental activities o Light child-related housework (dishes, food prep, laundry)
