My toddler loves food. He will be going through a lot of transition during this time with switching daycare's, moving into a new home, sleeping in his own room, and a new baby sister. It may be a rough time. We may not need a lot of help initially with the newborn as I'll be on leave and home but that will shift when I return to work and I'll be working from home most of the week. Our ideal caregiver: Someone who may have a child psychology or education background. Ability to read books and talk to kids to engage them with more vocabulary. We only use TV/devices to entertain "lightly" in our home. Willingness to take the kids out for walks and to play. Additional needs include pick up / drop off, light housekeeping, meal prep, having a reliable car, being comfortable with pets and a non-smoker. Looking for a caregiver for my infant daughter and soon to be 2-year-old son. I'm expecting!
