We’re a young, easygoing family of three seeking a warm, reliable caregiver for our 21-month-old son. Schedule is Mon–Thurs, ~9:30/10:30 AM–2:30/3:30 PM, with a guaranteed 20 hrs/wk and occasional extra mornings, Fridays, or date nights (always w/ advance notice). Mom works from a home office; and occasionally Dad, too. We have a sweet English bulldog who naps most of the day. Our son loves music, reading, trains, animals, sports, and play. We value Montessori-style learning, kindness, curiosity, and gentle structure in a nurturing, faith-based home that welcomes all backgrounds. Requirements: CPR/First Aid certified, valid driver’s license/clean record, references appreciated, comfortable with dogs. Bilingual (Spanish/Mandarin) a plus. Pay: $20–$22/hr DOE, start Dec 1, potential to extend beyond Feb 2026 as we re-evaluate preschool.
