Interested in a Renton nanny share

Hello! I am wrapping up maternity leave and am headed back to work in the new year. I have daycare set up for my 3 month old but recently decided to look into the possibility of a nanny/nanny share. I would love for my sweet, happy boy to get more hands on time and attention than what I believe he will receive in a traditional daycare setting. I'd love to hear more about any opportunities that exist to partner up with other local moms. I would need full time care for my son each week (mon-fri). Thanks!
