Merle has been with our family since the day my older one was born. She has 20 years of experience working with babies and toddlers. As a new mother, I relied heavily on Merle's experience to take care of our newborn baby. She is a natural when it comes to handling babies and we have been lucky to have her when our second one was born. She has helped us through sleep regressions, nap schedules, transition to solid foods and potty training. Merle works incredibly hard and over time she has also helped take care of our house in addition to the kids. Merle is also incredibly flexible, willing to work nights and weekends on short notice when we needed it. She has also been open to traveling with us when we went on vacations. She is a US Citizen. Merle lives by herself and is very careful about being safe during the pandemic. If you are looking for a wonderful, nurturing and responsible nanny, who is incredible with babies and toddlers, I would highly recommend her.

Educated, Experienced, And Enthusiastic Nanny Available

Hi families! I'm looking for part time and/or temporary care for your little ones. I've got a background working with children of all ages from infants to teenagers in day care centers, tutoring, babysitting, and preschool teaching. I LOVE spending time in the outdoors (playgrounds/parks, swimming pools, picnics, hiking, beaches, etc.) but can also enjoy time indoors in arts and crafts, reading, cooking, etc.). I can be playful and silly, but I also know how to balance that with education and positive discipline. In addition, I can do housework, run errands, and prepare meals (I make the BEST chocolate chip cookies!) I have a car and clean driving record and know the city like the back of my hand. If you're looking for a responsible, committed, and reliable individual for your child, you'll find that I am the right person for the job.

Take our advice and hire Chantha now! Chantha has been our nanny since our kids were newborns until now (both in toddler/primary age) Our kids love her, and see her as more of an Aunt as opposed to a nanny. She is dependable, trustworthy, responsible, polite, flexible and hard working. She is very warm, empathetic, kind and creative. She is always thinking of new and interesting ways to keep our kids amused during the day; lots of art projects, cooking projects and etc. She loves to take the kids out for picnics, walks, the zoo, museums and Russian River day trips and camping. She has experience with infants & toddlers (feeding, sleep & etc) and knows how to deal with tantrums. In summary, we don't know where we'd be without Chantha. She has saved us multiple times, including during this pandemic and for that we'll be forever grateful.

As a mother of three children and 10 years experience in specialized child and infant care, I consider myself as a professional nanny with progressive goals and specific methods in childcare. I have a culinary background and use my own nutritional recipes as long as the parents approve of them. I encourage and teach etiquette and polite manners to prepare toddlers for kindergarten and school in general. I have a competitive advantage of speaking four languages (Arabic French English and Spanish) and actively use sign language daily as a form of early communication which also stimulates the children's development early on. I am a passionate nanny and care about the children I care for and enjoy watching them grow as well as do my best to meet their needs and provide a healthy, nurturing and cultivating environment for them. Overall I am very cooperative and pet friendly. I am open to watching kids in my house or the family's home; I enjoy taking kids to music classes and story readings at the local library, the zoo, and play dates. I am a clear and open communicator with parents and am always open to new ideas and respectful of how parents desire their children to be raised. I have experience an am comfortable with caring for twins or nanny share. I am looking for a respectful and cooperative family that is not only seeking a nanny but also a family friend and a professional nanny. Please feel free to contact me to meet and set up interview times.

We hired Laicy to fill a relatively short term nanny position to care for our 6 month old son between the time our parental leave ended and him starting daycare. Even after just a phone interview we were immediately set at ease and confident in her abilities to care for our son. Upon starting, she knew all the right questions to ask to get herself oriented and clearly knew what she needed to know from us to make the smoothest transition in. She is extremely communicative and responsive and took very little time to blend seamlessly into our family, working with us at every step. She was immediately amazing with our son, always energetic and creative in finding activities to foster his development and keep him engaged. His face lit up everyday when she arrived and he loved being with her. She continued to work with us after the pandemic started and I never questioned her commitment to health and safety--she was informed, thoughtful and careful. I can't imagine having a better nanny.

Hello there! I'm a certified Labor and Postpartum Doula as well as an Infant Feeding Specialist who has worked with many families and in positions of child care! I'm currently searching for a long term position with a singular family as their Nanny due to COVID-19 and wanting to keep my own family safe during these times. I'm hoping for a position that will last a year+ while we ride out these difficult times together in a safe, socially distanced, and accountable way! The last test I had for COVID was October 12 and the results were negative! I will be tested again prior to my start to ensure your family's safety.

It is my pleasure to have crossed paths with Mads back in 2014 when I was pregnant with my baby boy. While always demonstrating professionalism, Mads always managed to exude a calm and cheerful spirit that helped me tremendously during such a scary and confusing time in my life. Being that I am a single mother and was alone during my pregnancy, Mads truly made the effort to be apart of this journey with me and educate me on what to expect during labor, breastfeeding tips/positions, postpartum disorders, etc. that a young teen mom would have no knowledge of. To whom ever has the pleasure of working with Mads will understand her passion for what she does and consider her a friend. If I ever consider baby #2, I know who will be glued to my hip and by my side. Thank you, Mads!
