Fun Nanny For Infant Twins-Calling All Baby And Cat Lovers

Full Time
We are looking for a nanny for a family in Sparta with 6-month-old twins, beginning ASAP. Care is typically needed M-Th from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and for Fridays, either half days or every other. Care is generally needed on a three-week ON and one-week OFF schedule rotation, resulting in about 32-40 hours per week during ON weeks, or about 100-120 hours per month. Flexible scheduling is ideal as family enjoys taking off to their property in the U. P. and in return, they can also be flexible when you need a day off. Family has two cats that are a big, lovable part of their family-one thinks he is a dog and enjoys being around people and may sit on your lap for a pet, so cat-lovers welcome! Family is looking for a nanny who is willing to make a one-year commitment to start and has experience with infants (with twins is a plus!). Family is COVID-cautious and prefers for their nanny to be as well, expecting that nanny is following guidelines set forth by CDC (good hand washing hygiene, wearing mask when necessary, promptly communicating signs or symptoms of illness, etc.). Additionally, they might request nanny wears a mask to start and are asking that you complete daily temperature checks before coming over. It is important to them that their nanny is honest and communicative during these pandemic times-they much rather you call and say you are not feeling well and stay home to be cautious than come care for the babies and risk potential exposure. Ideal candidate is competent in all nanny-related childcare tasks and is loving, patient, and will treat the babies like their own. In addition to all baby-related care, other responsibilities will include the babies' laundry, washing bottles, loading/unloading dishwasher, some meal prep, and keeping daily log (track feedings, naps, etc.). Family is very friendly, laid back and easygoing and is really looking forward to welcoming a wonderful nanny into their family. Please include resume when applying, more about your childcare-specific experience, and why you think you are the right fit for this position. Pay is DOE. Thanks!
