Looking for a babysitter for my 19-month-old child. Preferably a babysitter who is also knowledge with Montessori methods and sign language (if possible). I work night shift but I definitely will be home. The job requires for you to feed (breakfast) to her, play time, and changing. I do have a dog but he doesn't like strangers so you don't have to worry about him. He stays in the room.

We will need someone to come to our home in Rockford 4-5 days per week, the hours are somewhat flexible (somewhere between 10:00AM-5:00PM) as I work from home. We have both kids week/week off, so I am need someone to help every other week, Mon-Thurs from 8-2.
