Part Time
Large home on 3 levels; 2 people and 2 dogs live here. Cement floors and tile on main level- need weekly/ every other cleaning- about 2500 sq ft of that. Main level contains master BR and bath and second BR and bath and a guest hall 1/2 bath along with large LR, a DR, and a Den. Carpet only in bedrooms.
Lower level about 1000 sq ft and needs cleaning only once monthly. Mostly tile in that large living area and bath with carpet in bedroom.
Upper level is 2 BR and 1 bath, all carpet except bathroom. Only needs cleaning once monthly.
Stairs up and down are carpet.
Dogs do shed so the floors on the main level require most work. Additional needs include bringing your own supplies (detergents, etc) and bringing your own equipment (vacuum, etc). Services Needed: Bathroom Cleaning, Furniture Treatment, Kitchen Cleaning, General Room Cleaning.
