Dependable OCD House Cleaner Guest Rep needed long term for a large South Hero Lakefront Estate 18 minutes from the Williston Rd, Burlington I-89 exit. Estate used as investment property in a rental almost all year long. Guest check in 10 a.m. and checkout 5 p.m. Rental flip make-ready for the next guests. Applicants should be nearby and have flexible hours between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. any day of the week. The pay rate is $40+ per hour as the cleaning charge each time is $270 flat fee (for 6. 5 hours work). Additionally, job will also assist with property management as the primary point of contact for guest needs. This role (Asst PM) would be paid at $20 to $25 per hour, based on experience. Seeking an outgoing, friendly person as you will interface with guests and represent a 5-star estate home with high net worth short-term renters.

There are many bedrooms and bathrooms we are not using -- we only want to clean the rooms we're using this summer: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, great room, screened porch. Weekly cleaning; we are on an island and we will pick up house keeper at dock and transport to and from island, 10-15 minute trip. If wind is too high will have to reschedule or skip week. Just for the summer. We have 2 friendly English Bulldogs.
