We have TWO properties operated as full-time rentals and we are looking for reliable and trustworthy cleaners to provide turnover cleaning services between guests at either or both properties. Due to the frequency of bookings and quality of guests, we have found the turnovers are pretty straightforward. Duties would include wiping down all surfaces, vacuuming floors, laundering and changing all linen, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen, etc. In our experience, it is about a 3hr job. We maintain a full stock of cleaning supplies well as onsite washer/dryer and vacuum to facilitate cleanings! The cleaning window is between 11 a.m. (check-out) and 3 p.m. (check-in)
