We're a family of 6 living in a three-level single-family home. My wife stays home with the kiddos and I work remotely for Netflix. We need some help with laundry, meal prep, deep cleaning, bathrooms, and general cleanliness. We're pretty neat people in general so currently dedicate way too much time to housekeep and we'd like to regain some of that time for focusing on family time when we're not busy with work or school. We're looking for someone who is thorough and efficient and generally has a friendly and joyful disposition. We treat basically everyone as part of our family and are looking for someone that compliments the energy of our household. Our boys like to participate in helping with household chores so we're also looking for someone who isn't afraid to include the older 3 boys in the occasional task.

Searching for a Housekeeper to clean our home Every Other week. 3 BR, 2/5 baths, and a Den. Preferably wish cleaning on Wednesday, Thursday, Fri or Saturday. Home owner has chemical sensitivities so I will supply all of the cleaning products, mop, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning rags. I HAVE ASTHMA so I can't be careful enough about not using certain products. :( I have had a house keeper for over 40 years in each state I have lived. I have always had a good experience (other than one time). I appreciate a housekeeper whom I can count on to show up and whom I can trust. These things are important to me. :) I prefer insurance (bonded) if at all possible. We have NO PETS, NO CHILDREN / grandchildren. Looking for someone to begin as soon as possible.

My name is Ryan & my wife's name is Joy. We have 2 adorable girls who are 6 months & 2 years old & 1 small 12lb non-shedding dog. We are looking for someone who can do some general house cleaning for us such as cleaning the kitchen (mopping the floor, wiping down counters, tables, cleaning toddler food mess), bathrooms (scrubbing showers), and light vacuum/dusting. Not expecting this person to do any bedding or laundry. Guessing work will take about 3 hours every other week. Pay is $14/hr as a W2 employee so we hold out all required taxes. Schedule would be very flexible, and you could arrange the days/times with what works best for you. We are also interested in this position at least being open to potentially being a backup nanny if one of our 2 part time nannies calls in sick.
