Part Time
3 bedroom, 2 bathroom roughly 1, 000 sq/ft plus a 200 sq/ft Florida room. All tile except for the master bedroom and Florida room.
General cleaning, tidying up, dishes, wiping surfaces, laundry is a big one, even if you can only do 1 or 2 loads while here would be a blessing. We have 2 kids (4yrs and 3 months) and both of us work full time. I do work remotely so I'm home but working 9 hour days with a baby makes it hard to keep up with everything. I like organization and clean surfaces so dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc. will be needed.
Good with kids although childcare will not be part of the job. Also, being okay with dogs as we have 2 (1 chocolate lab, 1 Yorkie). I can try to keep them outside or at least the bigger one in his crate but both are very friendly and usually keep to themselves once they know who you are.
You can park in the driveway, on the street in front of the house, or yard.
2 dogs. Chocolate lab mix and a yorkie/Pom. Both very very friendly and have been good with a prior cleaning crew. They are just excited at first but once you are a familiar person to them, they keep to themselves.
