Made an appointment with Nancy - she arrived but didn't come to the door. Left me a message that she didn't like the driveway (I'd told her it was long and bumpy) and then blocked communication (I was replying with "thanks for the effort" when the system told me I'd been blocked). Disappointing, but for the best.
