Two story, clean upstairs quarterly, downstairs twice a month

I am retired and need help keeping up with cleaning my home. My home is approximately 1300 sq ft. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main rooms of the house (kitchen, living room) is hard flooring, and the bedrooms are carpet. Cleaning floors, bathrooms, cleaning surfaces and dusting. At least bi-weekly. I need someone reliable. I am looking for this to be a long-term, regular employment. You may want to have your own supplies. The specific day you come to the house doesn't matter, we can discuss that on a case by case basis. You can park in my driveway, or on the street if necessary. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. No access to public transit. I have an adult shih-tzu mix. She is very gentle and loving. Low-energy.

I'm mostly liking for bathroom cleaning and floors throughout the house (tile, hardwood, area rugs)

looking for someone who is interested in light housekeeping and meal prep for my 94-year-old grandmother. she is independent but needs someone who can clean the bathroom, take out trash, laundry start dish washer and run vacuum. we also would like someone who could help with light meal prep while they are there. such as microwaving her a meal and giving it to her. we would like to have someone 2 or 3 days a week 2-3 hours each visit. must be dependable

We had the same housekeeper for several years and sadly she moved away. We are an easy to clean and easy to get along with couple/active senior citizens with a shy house cat. We keep the litter box clean and do our own laundry. We are looking for our new forever housekeeper and friend.
