I will be running an rental property. It is my first time. It is a cabin in Big Bear. I need full time house-cleaning for at least the next two months and possibly the whole year.

Household Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning, housekeeping, and household organizing. Purchase and stock groceries. Prepare meals and snacks. Sort, wash, fold, and put away laundry. Perform errands outside the household as needed. Retrieve, review, and process mail and packages. Additional needs include bringing your own supplies (detergents, etc) and bringing your own equipment (vacuum, etc). Services Needed: Bathroom Cleaning, Kitchen Cleaning, General Room Cleaning, Laundry, Window Washing, Organization (beyond standard tidying).

We are looking for someone (or couple) that can keep a cabin clean while also providing maintenance as needed with some other preventative maintenance. We are open to having this as a service or by having the caretaker(s) live at the property. Please contact me if you are interested.

Clean all inside of home, wash bed sheets, wash towels and replace with clean ones provided (can use washer/dryer inside home), vacuum, dust, take trash to dump, replenish supplies (ex.-toilet paper, soaps, facial tissue, paper towels, etc. provided), wipe down inside/outside of all appliances in the kitchen, etc...

Vacation Rental, need to have you available for the rental schedule. We have been doing this for over a year. Last housekeeping company has lost staff,, not doing great job.
