I am a foreign exchange teacher in Colleton county high school from the East African country Kenya. I am a teacher of Math and Business Studies with a vast experience of close to 24 years. I have taught Math and Business Studies in three Kenyan High schools for the last 22 years. I am in my second year at Colleton county high school. I have prepared students for the college entry exams that have enabled them attain grades helping them get admission into good colleges and universities. Some of my students have been given opportunities to study in prestigious universities here in the U. S. I am very passionate about my career and I believe that every student is talented in one way or the other and can be assisted to be successful in life. I've been into computer programming and Information systems management since being in sixth grade. I officially launched my business Rosa Lee Active Media in January 2014. I've been assisting children and adults with the basic, problem solving issues, and programming basic issues with computers since 2012 at Lowcountry Cellular in Walterboro, SC. I'm a Walterboro resident who graduated as Colleton County High's Valedictorian in 2011 and went on to obtain a Bachelor of Arts in English from University of South Carolina-Bluffton in 2016. I've been tutoring in a variety of subjects, and I love to tutor! I can tutor in several areas, but I love tutoring in English (writing, reading, grammar, research papers, and critical thinking skills) from elementary up through the college level. Test prep is another one of my areas of strength; I scored a 32 overall on the ACT and a 2000 on the SAT. I have taught one on one for an private ABA company for a total of 6 years now. I have also taught in a classroom for two years. Furthermore, I have tutored for 5 years.

I am currently attending Newberry College. I am pursuing a degree in Music Education. In the past two years, I have taught music at summer camps. I love working with kids and adults who want to learn how to play various instruments. Additionally, I have taken 5 Spanish courses. I am not fluent, however, I am more than able to tutor in Spanish. I also tutor in English and Russian.

As a school librarian, I often tutored students in small groups. I have also privately tutored middle school math and language arts, high school study skills, and college level education classes. My greatest position was homeschooling my daughter through high school. I continue to tutor her through college. The part I love best about tutoring is the cheerleading role.
